The following demonstrates User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as an "Agreement") between Viraasat, a proprietary concern with registration address at E-609, Shreeji Heights, Shreeji Valley, Bicholi Mardana, Indore-452016, Madhya Pradesh (India) (hereinafter referred to as "Viraasat") and the users of the website ("You", "Your, "User"/"Users").

Before You subscribe to and/or begin participating in or using website, Viraasat believes that user(s) have fully read, understood and accepted the Agreement.

If You do not agree to or wish to be bound by the Agreement You may not access or otherwise use the website.

User Agreement

The website by the domain name "www.orderyourfilter.com" (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") are owned and managed by Viraasat (hereinafter referred as "OYF').

Any and all use of this Platform is subject to, and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of, the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). It is mandatory for all users of the Platform to have read carefully, fully understand and be in total agreement to the below mentioned Terms before they proceed to use any of the services of the Platform ("Services"). The Services are available only to those individuals, firms or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian laws. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of the Platform is governed by the following terms and conditions.

OYF is the provider of online B2B & B2C marketplace e-commerce service, where products are designed and displayed online based on input provided by you and You can purchase the same, subject to these T&Cs.

Amendment To User(s) Agreement

OYF may change, modify, amend, or update this agreement from time to time without any prior notification to user(s) and the amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on posting. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement. If You do not adhere to the changes, You must stop using the Platform. Your continuous use of the Platform will signify Your acceptance of the changed terms.

User(s) Eligibility

User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the services provided by Platform. Our services are available only to those individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law i.e. Indian Contract Act, 1872 As a minor if You wish to purchase an item on the Platform such purchase may be made by Your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Platform. OYF advises its users that while accessing the Platform, they must follow/abide by the related laws, OYF is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by Your behaviour during use of Platform, OYF may, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate Your membership and refuse to provide You with access to the Platform at any time.

We record buying and browsing activities of our users including but not limited to Your contact details and profiles and use the same to provide value-added services to our users.

If You are registering as a business entity, You represent that You are duly authorized by the business entity to accept this User Agreement and You have the authority to bind that business entity to this User Agreement.

Registration and Your Account

To become a Registered User(s) there is a proper procedure which is for the convenience of user(s) so that they can easily log-in.

User(s) can become a Registered User(s) by filling an on-line registration form on the Platform by giving desired information (name, contact information, details of its business etc). OYF will create an account ("Account") for the user(s) upon registration and assign a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for log-in access to Your Account. If You use the Platform as Registered User, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User ID and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your personal and non-personal information and for restricting access to Your computer, computer system and computer network, and You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your User ID and Password, email id and phone number as the case may be.

By becoming a Registered User, You consent to the inclusion of Your personal and non-personal data in our on-line database and authorize OYF to share such information with other user(s) OYF may refuse registration and deny the membership and associated User ID and Password to any user for whatever reason, OYF may suspend or terminate a registered membership at any time without any prior notification in interest of OYF or general interest of its visitors /other members without giving any reason thereof.

Despite Your contact number(s) are on Do Not Call Registry, You consent to be contacted by OYF through phone calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in respect to the services provided by OYF.

You agree, inter alia, to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted by orderyourfilter.com registration form or provided by You.
2. Maintain and promptly update the personal and non-personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If You provide any information that is untrue. inaccurate, not current or incomplete or OYF has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or riot in accordance with the User Agreement, OYF has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of Your membership with the Platform and refuse to provide You with access to the Platform.

Charges

Membership on the Platform is free for buyers. OYF does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Platform. OYF reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, OYF may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Platform. In such an event, OYF reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Platform and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Platform, Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees, You Shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to OYF.

Use of Platform

OYF provides the services of designing product, pricing, shipping, etc. which is informational and it is up to You to follow it or not.

The help/assistance/guidance provided through the platform content or provided by our technical team is only for information purpose and you will be solely responsible for the data/information provided by you.

The product offered on the platform are custom designed based on the data/information provided by you and OYF will not be responsible for the performance of product if actual working conditions may differ from the data/information provided by you.

Cancellation of Order

The right to cancel any order for any reason is reserved with OYF. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Potentially fraudulent order - Before shipping the orders, a check is run to make sure such orders are legitimate. If the check fails, Your order may be cancelled.
2. Incorrect Pricing - Due to the volatile market conditions, there may be major fluctuations in price at times. Therefore, the OYF reserves the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
3. Non-Payment of Non-COD -orders - If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time after the order has been placed. Your order may get cancelled without notice.
4. Non availability of the product - If the order is not serviceable due to non-availability of the product.
5. Non-serviceable address - If Your pin code is not serviced by our transportation / Freight / courier partners, your order will be cancelled.
6. Long gestation time - If the delivery is taking longer than 7 working days beyond scheduled delivery date and You are not willing to wait further, your order will be cancelled.

Alerts

By accepting these T&Cs, You agree that OYF may send alerts to the mobile phone number and/or email address provided by You at the time of registration or any subsequent communication updates.

Payment

While availing any of the payment methods available on the Platform, OYF will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s or
• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed between You and "Banks" or
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction or
• Decline of transaction for any other reasons

Before shipping / delivering Your order to You, OYF may request You to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by You for Your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.

Shipping orders outside India

Our Platform presently does not entertain orders requiring international shipping. if You are an international customer please email us Your requirement at care@orderyourfilter.com. We shall coordinate with the You after determining whether Your order can be fulfilled.

Order delivery time

The material is dispatched on or before ‘Dispatch Date’ showing on the platform on receipt of the complete payment for the order placed online.

If order delivery time exceeds the above committed timelines, we will contact You to determine if You want to execute the order with the new delivery time. If You do not wish to execute the order at that time. entire amount shall be refunded.

If order delivery time exceeds the above committed timelines due to certain ‘Raw Material / Component’, we will contact You to determine if You want to execute the order with the alternate ‘Raw Material / Component’. If You do not wish to execute the order with alternate ‘Raw Material / Component’ entire amount shall be refunded.

If OYF is not able to fulfil Your order, we will refund Your entire amount collected within 15 business days.

Installation Services

In general, the Installation of products sold on OYF platform is quite easy by following related document/video for detailed instructions.

The product price does not include charges for installation services, if not specifically mentioned. However, You can avail the Installation Services by paying additional charges during booking of the order or at a later stage.

Warranty of Equipment

All the product sold by OYF on the platform are having warranty against defects in material & workmanship, for a period of One (1) year from the date of Invoicing.

Consumables does not bear any warranty.

The warranty for the third-party components will be taken care of respective manufacturer under coordination with OYF.

OYF will have no obligation if:

1. repair or replacement of the Equipment or parts is required as a result of normal wear and tear or necessitated in whole or part by catastrophic or causes external to the Equipment or
2. the Equipment has not been properly used or maintained in accordance with then applicable operating and maintenance manuals.
